1. Who we are

NightLantern is provided by NetAlive Ltd, 71-75 Shelton St, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

2. No app data collection

NightLantern does not collect, store, transmit, sell, share, or otherwise process personal data from the app. The app does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking technologies, fingerprinting, or profiling.

3. No sensitive permissions

NightLantern does not require access to your contacts, location, photos, camera, microphone, calendar, health data, or similar device data in order to provide its night-light experience.

4. Purchases, Family Sharing, and the App Store

Purchases, downloads, refunds, and Family Sharing are handled by Apple through the App Store. NightLantern itself does not collect payment details or App Store account information. Apple requires App Store apps to provide a privacy policy URL and App Store privacy details. For NightLantern, those app privacy details are intended to reflect that the app itself does not collect data. Data collected only by Apple in connection with the App Store, such as account, payment, purchase, refund, download, personalization, or store-use data, is processed by Apple under Apple's own privacy notices. 5. Feedback and support

If you choose to contact NetAlive voluntarily, for example through an in-app feedback path or by email, we process only the information you decide to send so that we can read and respond to your message. This communication is separate from the app itself.

6. Children

Because NightLantern does not collect app data, it does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you contact us about a privacy concern, we will review it and respond appropriately.

7. Your privacy rights

Since NightLantern does not collect app data, there is no app usage profile for us to provide, correct, or delete. If you have contacted us directly, you may ask us about that communication using the contact address above.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if NightLantern changes in a way that affects privacy. If that happens, the updated policy will be published on this page with a new date.
